Kori Vila Rio is a riverside residential development, in the right bank of the Tejo, incorporating housing, commercial, F&B and leisure areas.

Teixeira Duarte commissioned illustrated floor plans of the amenities available to residents of Kori Vila Rio, to support their marketing and promo material. The handdrawn and traditional watercolor feel fits just right with the philosophy of reclaiming the riverfront for leisurly activities, while maintaining standards and living concepts of contemporary urban life.
