Sobral de Palmela is a low-density residential development set within a natural landscape of cork oak trees, just outside the historical town of Palmela. Conceived as a contemporary neighbourhood, it brings together architecture, landscape and lifestyle into a cohesive and harmonious whole.

Teixeira Duarte commissioned these eye-level illustrations of the neighbourhood vibe to support their marketing and communication materials. The hand-drawn, traditional watercolor approach reinforces the project’s strong connection to nature and outdoor living, capturing the calm, family-oriented atmosphere and the seamless relationship between interior and exterior spaces that define the development.

The aerial view helps the potential clients navigate the allotments and enables them to choose their future home, whether they need a more urban vibe or a closeness to nature.
